How long does it take?
We start within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your link, excluding weekends and Italian public holidays. How long the campaign then runs depends on the package: the larger it is, the longer it needs. No campaign runs longer than 60 days.
What do you need from me?
Just the link to the track, release or profile you want promoted. You paste it at checkout, in the field above the Add to Cart button. Bundles combine two services, so they ask for two links, one per service.
What if you don't accept my track?
We listen to everything before starting. If a track doesn't suit the playlists or audiences the campaign relies on, we cancel the order and refund you in full within 24 hours. You don't need to ask us: we contact you.
Are the streams and followers real?

Only if you have permission from whoever owns the rights. When you place an order you confirm that you do.
